Login to Taadeen.
Go to the requests section.
Click on Submit new application.
Choose license renewal service.
Choose the license,
Complete the application form and attach all required documents.
Submit the application and pay the application fees.
Await for review and approval.

Eligibility:
- The license must be active at the time of renewal application.
- Applicants must fulfill all obligations under the original license terms.
Documentation:
- Completed renewal application form.
- Detailed reports on previous operations conducted under the license.
- Updated work program for the renewal period.
- Financial breakdown of proposed activities for the renewal period.
- Any additional information requested by the Ministry.
Financial Obligations:
- Payment of all outstanding dues and renewal fees as per the Ministry's schedule.
Compliance:
- Adherence to environmental, social, technical, and operational standards during the renewal period.

Renewal requests must be submitted 30–60 days prior to license expiration, depending on the license type.
Renewal is subject to Ministry approval and adherence to all requirements.
The Ministry may impose additional terms or modify existing conditions to align with updated regulations.
Failure to meet renewal conditions or timelines may result in termination or non-renewal of the license.
The Ministry reserves the right to conduct audits or verifications before granting the renewal.
