A qualitative program to support mineral exploration initiatives and work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of Investment
As an outcome of the strategy, a specialized unit was established, consisting of a team responsible for guiding the way to enhance investment in the mining sector. This unit undertakes several key tasks, including:
Geological knowledge that supports investment through providing data that is collected to international best practice and using innovative techniques.
Exploration activity accelerated to support strategic and pivotable objectives in the Kingdom’s mining sector.
The capability and capacity of local talent in the mineral exploration and mining sector in the Kingdom.
Exploration: Opportunities in new and emerging areas to expand knowledge of the Kingdom’s exploration potential.
