Periodic Reports for the Raw Material Surplus License
It is a declaration submitted by the licensee based on the type of license, where mining activities are disclosed according to the forms prepared by the ministry. As for the holder of the surplus ore license, they are required to submit a certified declaration from a public accountant and an approved survey report from an engineering office after the license expires.
