How to Submit Periodic Reports

Periodic reports must be submitted through Taadeen platform

Periodic Reports Required for Mining License and Small Mine License

Quarterly Report

• To be submitted at the end of each quarter.
• The submission period is 30 days from the start of the reporting deadline.

Requirements for Submitting the Quarterly Report:

• Complete the electronic report form on the Taadeen platform.
• Attach a detailed statement of the administrative workforce.

Annual Report

• To be submitted in January of each calendar year.
• The submission window is 120 days from the beginning of the reporting period.

Requirements for Submitting the Annual Report:

• Complete the electronic report form on the Taadeen platform.
• Attach a detailed statement of the administrative workforce.
• Attach the annual declaration, stamped by a certified public accountant.

Penalties for Failure to Submit the Annual Mining Declaration and Payment on Time

• First Penalty: 30-day warning.
• Second Penalty: 30-day violation notice. If the violation is not corrected during this period, a fine will be imposed.
• Third Penalty: A fine will be applied for every 30 days of delay starting from the date of the initial violation fine.
