The Annual Report for the Building Materials Quarry License
The annual report is a declaration submitted by the licensee based on the type of license, through which mining activities are disclosed in accordance with the forms prepared by the ministry.

If the submission and payment deadlines are missed, a penalty will be imposed for failing to submit the mining declaration and make the payment:
- First Penalty: A 30-day warning
- Second Penalty: A 30-day violation notice. If the violation is not corrected within the notice period, a fine will be imposed.
- Third Penalty: A fine for every 30 days of delay from the date of the violation notice fine.
