Annual Report
The annual report must be submitted in January of each calendar year, with a submission window of 120 daysstarting from the beginning of the submission period.
Requirements for Submitting the Annual Report
- Complete the electronic report form via the Taadeen platform.
- Attach the annual declaration stamped by a certified public accountant.
Penalties for Failing to Submit the Annual Declaration and Payment Within the Specified Period
- First Penalty: Warning for 30 days.
- Second Penalty: Violation notice for 30 days. If the issue is not corrected during this period, a fine will be imposed.
- Third Penalty: A fine will be applied for every 30-day delay starting from the date of the initial violation fine.
