The Saudi Mining Services Company (Esnad), in partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, is committed to empowering investors and raising awareness of the requirements and procedures for mining investment. In this context, a virtual workshop will be held on regulatory and environmental violations and the objection process.

Workshop Objectives:

• Raising investors’ awareness of regulatory and environmental laws and regulations.
• Clarifying the most common violations and their causes.
• Explaining the associated penalties, corrective measures, and grievance procedures.
• Promoting the concept of preventive compliance to avoid violations.
