Workshop on Financial Guarantee for All Licenses – Class C

The Saudi Mining Services Company (Esnad), in partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, is committed to empowering investors and raising awareness of the requirements and procedures for mining investment. In this context, a virtual workshop will be held on the Financial Guarantee for All Licenses – Class C.

• Explaining how to calculate the financial guarantee upon issuance and renewal of Building Materials Quarry Licenses.
• Explaining how to calculate the financial guarantee upon issuance and renewal of Mining Licenses and Small Mine Licenses.
• Financial guarantee installment options and the Albilad Bank initiative.
• Mechanisms for release of the financial guarantee and its relation to the Closure and Rehabilitation Certificate.
• Clarifying the requirements for assessing financial capability.
• Explaining the accepted types of proof of financial capability.
