Awareness Workshop for Investors Who Have Previously Submitted Relinquishment Applications and Have Not Completed Their Procedures

As part of its efforts to empower investors and enhance awareness of the requirements and procedures for investment in the mining sector, the Saudi Mining Services Company (Esnad), in partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, is organizing a virtual workshop highlighting awareness for investors who have previously submitted relinquishment applications but have not completed their procedures.

Workshop Objectives:

• To clarify the procedures for relinquishing mining licenses and correct common misconceptions.
• To simplify regulatory and technical requirements, enabling investors to complete their applications more efficiently.
• To present the current and future mechanisms for relinquishment.
• To enable investors to complete procedures step by step, highlighting critical points.
• To showcase successful examples and completed applications to enhance clarity of the process and encourage continuity.
• To provide a direct communication channel with the relevant authority to support investors and answer their inquiries.
