Failure to correct the violation within the notice period results in a penalty of 5% of the surface rental

Third time
Penalty

5% of the surface rental value for every 30 days of delay from the date of the penalty notice

After 180 days from the date of issuing the invoice, it is referred to the Violations Committee to determine penalties.
