The applicant acknowledges that the submission of this non-binding interest shall not be deemed to be any form of commitment on the applicant or any of its affiliates, or any other person, to participate in the proposed auction or any other transaction. This application does not constitute an offer or invitation in respect of the proposed auction, nor does it constitute a commitment from the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources that the applicant will be invited to further participate in the proposed auction process.
