Periodic Reports Workshop (Mining License and Small Mine) and Financial Compliance Violations and Objections – Class A

As part of its efforts to empower investors and enhance awareness of the requirements and procedures for investment in the mining sector, the Saudi Mining Services Company (Esnad), in partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, is organizing a virtual workshop highlighting the periodic reports (Mining License and Small Mine) for Category (A), in addition to financial compliance violations and objections.

Workshop Objectives:

• Increasing awareness of the licensee’s obligations in accordance with the provisions of Chapter Four of the Regulation.
• Responding to investors’ inquiries regarding financial provisions.
• Providing guidance on declarations, the schedule of penalties, payment mechanisms, and the State Revenue System procedures for administrative enforcement.
