Class (C) licenses: Delay of more than 120 days from the end of the year for the annual financial payment.

Failure to correct the violation within the notice period results in a penalty of 5% of the unpaid fees, up to 20,000 SAR

Penalty
A penalty of 5% of the unpaid financial fees, not exceeding 20,000 SAR, for every 30 days of delay
After 180 days from the payment due date, it is referred to the Violations Committee to determine penalties.
