Violation description
Class (A) licenses: Delay of more than 120 days from the end of the year for the annual financial payment, or delay of the quarterly financial payment by more than 30 days from the end of the quarter.

A penalty of 5% of the unpaid financial fees, not exceeding 100,000 SAR, for every 30 days of delay
After 180 days from the payment due date, it is referred to the Violations Committee to determine penalties.
