Service Beneficiaries

Holders of valid exploitation licenses are eligible to apply for an export permit.

 

How to Apply for the Service

An export permit application can be submitted through Taadeen Platform V1.0, after meeting the following conditions:

  • The license must be valid.
  • The applicant must not have any outstanding financial dues to the Ministry related to any license or other obligations.

 

Export Materials

Class (A):
It is not permitted to export Class A minerals as Unprocessed ore or primary processed for commercial purposes. Advanced processing is required.

Class (B):

  • Unprocessed ore: Exporting Class B minerals and ores for commercial purposes in their Unprocessed state is permitted, provided that the export does not exceed 30% of the average actual annual production capacity prior to ore processing, and a 10% fee is paid on the net sales value of the exported mineral or ore.
  • Advanced Processing: No conditions.

Class (C):

  • Unprocessed ore: Exporting Class C minerals and ores for commercial purposes in their Unprocessed state is permitted, provided that the export does not exceed 10% of the net sales value of the exported mineral or ore.
  • Advanced Processing: No conditions.

 

Application Procedures

  • Fill out the application form.
  • Submit a report detailing the stages and methods of ore processing or manufacturing.
  • Pay the export fee, if applicable.
