This service enables the investor to fully or partially surrender the license location before its expiration date.

• Exploration License
• Building Materials Quarry / Mining and Small Mine Operations)

How to Apply for the Service

The license surrender request can be submitted by visiting the service center, after meeting the following requirements:

• The ministry must be provided with all reports, studies, and sample results for the site or minerals being surrendered, within a period not exceeding 180 days from the date of approval for the surrender.
• No Violations
• No Financial Obligations

The Procedures Followed to Apply for the License Surrender Service

• Fill out the surrender form and submit it to the ministry
• Submit detailed reports about the site or minerals being surrendered to the ministry.
