How to Submit Periodic Reports

Periodic reports are submitted through the Taadeen.sa platform by logging into the investor's main dashboard, then accessing the periodic reports page, and filling out the electronic report form.

Periodic Reports Required for the Mining and Small Mine License

Quarterly Report

It must be submitted at the end of each quarter, and the submission period is 30 days from the start date of the reporting window.

Requirements for Submitting the Quarterly Report:

• Fill out the electronic report form on the Taadeen platform.
• Attach a detailed statement of the workforce in the administration.

Annual Report

It is submitted in January of each calendar year, and the submission period is 120 days from the start date of the reporting window.

Requirements for Submitting the Annual Report:

• Fill out the electronic report form on the Taadeen platform.
• Attach a detailed statement of the workforce in the administration.
• Attach the annual declaration stamped by a certified public accountant.

Penalties for Missing Submission and Payment Deadlines

If the submission and payment deadlines are missed, a penalty will be imposed for failing to submit the mining declaration and make the payment.

• First Penalty: A 30-day warning.
• Second Penalty: A 30-day violation notice. If the violation is not corrected within the notice period, a fine will be imposed.
• Third Penalty: A fine for every 30 days of delay from the date of the violation notice.
