Financial Compensation for Category (B) Minerals
The holder of the exploitation license is required to pay the financial compensation for each ton of extracted ore or as a percentage of the net sales value, depending on the type of ore specified in the license, and in accordance with the prices and rates stipulated in the mining laws and regulations outlined below.:
