You can submit an objection to a violation before a financial penalty is issued. After a violation notice is issued, the violator is granted 20 days from the date of notification to file an objection.
Objection Process for Licensed Operators:
Visit the link sent via SMS regarding the violation.
Fill in the required fields in the provided form.
Verify your mobile number to proceed.
Once verified, a page will display your violation details and an option to submit an objection.
Click on the "Objection" button to submit your request.
Objection Process for Non-Licensed Individuals:
Visit the link sent via SMS regarding the violation.
Enter the visit number and the violator’s mobile number in the required fields.
Upon verification, a page will prompt you to enter your email address.
Once the email is verified, the page will display the violation details and the objection submission option.
Click on the "Objection" button to submit your request.
