NABITAH/AD- Duwayhi (DAHLAT SHABAB) Gold-Belt
The Ad Duwayhi-Nabitah Gold Belt is a 165 km long region in the Arabian Shield, containing the Ad Duwayhi gold mine. The belt is surrounded by volcanic, sedimentary, and intrusive rocks and is home to the Haml Batholith. The gold deposit is a shear-zone hosted deposit, controlled by faults. The region has undergone extensive exploration, including geological mapping, soil geochemistry surveys, airborne geophysics, ground geophysics, and remote sensing.
