Excavated areas must be refilled, leveled, and rehabilitated continuously throughout the project.
Annual Financial Reporting:
A certified accountant must prepare and submit an annual financial report according to the specified timelines.
Financial Obligations:
The license holder must disclose and pay financial dues on time.
Employment of a Saudi Representative:
A Saudi employee knowledgeable in regulations and guidelines must be present at the site during operational hours.
Weight Restrictions for Transported Materials:
Truck loads must comply with weight limits as per governmental regulations.
Data Updates:
The license holder must update their information whenever changes occur.
Prohibition of Site Leasing or Rights Transfer:
The licensed site or any part of it cannot be leased, nor can any rights granted by the license be transferred to a third party without ministry approval.
Compliance with Mining Investment Regulations:
The license holder must accept and adhere to the terms and conditions of the Mining Investment Law, its executive regulations, and all related laws and guidelines.
Accuracy of Provided Information:
The license holder is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted information.
Environmental Compliance for New Quarry License Applicants:
Applicants for new building material quarry licenses must meet the environmental compliance conditions set by the National Center for Environmental Compliance within six months before final operation.
An environmental operation permit must be obtained from the center.
A copy of this permit must be submitted to the ministry.
