Periodic Reports Workshop (Mining License and Small Mine License), Financial Compliance Violations and Objections – Class (B)

As part of its efforts to empower investors and enhance awareness of the requirements and procedures for investment in the mining sector, the Saudi Mining Services Company (Esnad), in partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, is organizing a virtual workshop highlighting periodic reports (Mining License and Small Mine License) for Clsaa (B), in addition to financial compliance violations and objections.

Workshop Objectives:

• Increasing awareness of the licensee’s obligations in accordance with the provisions of Chapter Four of the Implementing Regulations.
• Addressing investors’ inquiries related to financial provisions.
• Presenting declarations, the penalty schedule, payment mechanisms, and the role of the State Revenue System in administrative enforcement.
