As part of its efforts to empower investors and enhance awareness of the requirements and procedures for investment in the mining sector, the Saudi Mining Services Company (Esnad), in partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, is organizing a virtual workshop highlighting periodic reports (Building Materials Quarry License and Surplus Raw Material License), in addition to financial compliance violations and objections.
Workshop Objectives:
- Clarifying financial requirements and obligations and enhancing financial compliance.
- Explaining the mechanism for calculating financial dues and surface rental fees.
Presenting declarations, the penalty schedule, payment mechanisms, and the role of the State Revenue System in administrative enforcement.
