How to Submit Periodic Reports

Periodic reports are submitted through the Taadeen.sa platform by logging into the investor's main dashboard, then accessing the periodic reports page, and filling out the electronic report form.

Semi-Annual Report

It is submitted every 6 months, and the submission period is 30 days from the start date of the reporting window.

Annual Report

It is submitted annually from the date of the license issuance, and the submission period is 30 days from the start date of the reporting window.
