Periodic Reports Required from the Investor Under the Exploration License

• Semi-Annual Report
  To be submitted at the end of each half of the calendar year.
  The submission window is 30 days from the start date of the reporting period.
• Annual Report
  To be submitted in January of each calendar year.
  The submission window is 120 days from the start date of the reporting period.
