As part of its ongoing efforts to support investors and enhance investment opportunities in the mining sector, the Saudi Mining Services Company (Esnad), in partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, is organizing a virtual workshop on Environmental, Health, and Safety Requirements for Mining Activities.

Workshop Objectives:

• Raise awareness of the regulatory requirements related to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) in mining activities.
• Enhance licensees’ compliance with the Mining Investment Law and its relevant Implementing Regulations.
• Clarify the key environmental and health obligations, as well as safety requirements that must be observed at mining sites.
• Promote preventive practices and reduce risks and violations related to environmental, health, and safety matters.
