Beneficiaries of the Service

Companies that hold a mining or small mine license can apply for a general purpose license, provided that all conditions and requirements are met.

How to Apply for the Service

You can apply for the issuance of a general purpose license by visiting the service center, provided that the following conditions are met:

Possession of a mining or small mine license.
Submit the application at least 90 days before the expiration of the mining or small mine license.
Ensure that the land area is compatible with the facilities and structures the applicant intends to establish to achieve the purposes of the mining or small mine license.

Service Application Procedures

Fill out the general purpose license issuance form on the Taadeen platform.
Submit the relevant information regarding the mining or small mine license related to the application.
Submit an environmental and social impact management plan.
Provide a rehabilitation and closure plan.
Specify the type of financial guarantee and how it will be provided.
