In offering this virtual data room (Data Room), the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources (Ministry) and Saudi Geological Survey (SGS) have made available a facility which allows viewers (Viewers) to access via the Internet certain information (Information) relevant to the proposed auction process for an exploration license for the bid site in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (the Site). In consideration for accessing the Information, Viewers must agree to these terms and conditions in connection with their use of the Data Room.
