This service allows license holders to export minerals and ores for commercial purposes, ensuring compliance with regulations and technical standards. Non-license holders can also apply for export if they meet specific conditions.

  • The export application must be submitted using the designated form.
  • The license must be valid at the time of application.
  • The applicant must not have outstanding payments, fines, or obligations to the Ministry.
  • Submission of a detailed report on the ore's processing or manufacturing stages, including analysis results of the ore samples. The Ministry may inspect the processing or manufacturing site.
  • For Non-License Holders: Proof of purchase of minerals or ores from a valid license holder and compliance with the above requirements.
  • Eligibility: Only processed materials are eligible for export:
    • Category A: Cannot be exported in their natural state or after primary processing.
    • Category B: Can be exported in natural or primary processed form, subject to limits (30% of annual actual production capacity).
    • Category C: Can be exported in natural or primary processed form.
  • The permit is valid only for the approved material, quantity, and duration.
  • Export is subject to Ministry verification and approval before shipment.
  • The Ministry may designate specific mining complexes for Category C mineral exports.
