The periodic reports for exploration and exploitation licenses service provides regular reporting to monitor and evaluate the performance of exploration and exploitation licenses. These reports include updates on completed activities, achieved results, and any changes in future plans. These reports are used as a tool for monitoring and ensuring compliance with environmental, social, and mining law, and regulations.
- Login to Taadeen platform.
- Go to the periodic reports page.
- Click on submit new report.
- Select the type of report.
- Choose the license.
- Fill out the required details and upload any supporting documentation.
- Submit the report for review.
- Reports must align with the type and scope of the license:
- Exploration licenses: Semi-annual, annual, and final reports are required.
- Mining and small mining licenses: Quarterly, annual, and final reports are required.
- Building material quarry licenses: Only annual and final reports are required.
- Reports must be authenticated:
- Annual and financial reports must be certified by a licensed accountant, except for final exploration reports.
- All required documentation and data must be attached, including:
- Operational summaries.
- Compliance updates with environmental and rehabilitation plans.
- Financial disclosures.
Note: License holders must comply fully with these requirements and adhere to the timelines to ensure license continuity and avoid regulatory violations.
- Submission deadlines vary based on the license type:
- Semi-annual and annual exploration reports: Submitted every six months.
- Quarterly exploitation reports: Submitted every three months.
- Annual exploitation reports: Submitted within 120 days after the fiscal year ends.
- Final reports: Submitted within 30 days before license expiration.
- Failure to submit timely or accurate reports may result in penalties or license suspension.
- Reports must accurately reflect operational activities, compliance with environmental standards, and financial performance.
- The Ministry reserves the right to audit and verify all submitted reports.
